Transfer Library of GLBT materials into a lending Library

I developed a GAy, Lesbian, Bisexual, Queer and trangendered Library for a local New Hampshire Group that ran for 11 years. I just obtained the Library that was sitting unused in storage for 4 years and I am trying to work out a way to document all the materials into a New Hampshire Lending Library.
